Today I’m actually going to write a review on the CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser.

This is the most gentle cleanser from CeraVe. Available in both the UK and the USA. It’s especially suitable for those with Normal to Dry Skin types. If you suffer from eczema, it is highly recommended for you. Because strong cleansers may strip away the natural moisturizers from the face and worsen the condition of eczema.

Ingredients:

It’s enriched with three types of ceramides and hyaluronic acid.

Ceramides: Ceramides are naturally found in our skin and they strengthen up our skin barrier. So, if you have got a very compromised skin barrier, if you feel like you’ve really damaged your skin barrier and you really need to repair it then ceramides are a fantastic ingredient to really get into your skin care routine.
Plus, it’s a great choice for those who suffer with a lot of sensitivity in their skin.

Hyaluronic acid: It’s also got a bit of hyaluronic acid inside which help to maintain the skin’s natural barrier and hydration levels.

User experience:

My one issue with this cleanser is that it really doesn’t lather much. So, you’re fan of a fluffy foam, this might be disappoint you. After washing, it leaves a moisturizing film. So, definitely not for oily people!
